Aquawool 700g (equivalent of 25kg filtration sand)

Product detailed description

A 700 g package replaces approximately 25 kg of sand.

Instructions:Open the filter housing according to the filter’s user manual, then remove the sand filling and thoroughly clean the housing. Fill the filter housing with the appropriate amount of AQUAWOOL beads (280 g of beads replaces approximately 10 kg of sand). Close the filter housing and prepare it for operation.

Maintenance:Perform regular backwashing of the filter media (see the filter’s user manual). If necessary, and at least once per season, remove the beads from the container and simply wash them with a small amount of detergent in an automatic washing machine at a temperature of up to 40°C.
