Intense and enveloping aroma of white berry fruit with herbal and mineral aromas. Discreet freshness and taste this wine is a good balance.

WINE RECOMMENDATION FOR FOOD
It goes well with fresh fish and shellfish.

INTERESTING
Harvesting is done by hand slightly ahead of time to maintain the right freshness. The grapes then undergo a short cold maceration at a temperature of 8-10 °C and after soft pressing, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine then matures for 4 months in steel containers and finishes its aging after a few months in the bottle.

The wine also recently participated in the event: I Migliori Vini Italiani, where it received an excellent 95 points at the wine exhibition.
